College Ministry
Often when students leave home to attend college, we see them less and less at church. There are occasional sightings when they return for holidays and weekend breaks, but how can your students stay connected to the church while at college? Many colleges have student fellowships that offer such opportunities. The Presbyterian Student Fellowship, Presbyterian Campus Ministry, or the like are available on many college campuses. These groups serve as a community of Presbyterian students who come together at least once a week to study scripture, share thoughts and experiences, and maybe a meal. They serve as a Christian support system away from one’s home church. Each fellowship/ministry is staffed by a Presbyterian minister who connects with young adults during these transitional years. And, according to the CP’s who are connected with these ministries, it’s also a lot of fun!

Young Adult Fellowships
All over our denominations churches, presbyteries and synods are beginning young adult ministries. Here is a list of young adult fellowships across our denomination. The Young Adult Ministry Council (YAMC) helps to develop ministries for and by young adults in the CPC. In 2020 the YAMC reorganized and now not only serve on the council but also members of the YAMC serve on our Ministry Council elected teams. Our current members are:
