Youth Evangelism Conference

YEC 2023

YEC is for youth in the 6th grade-college age (21) and adult participants.

Cost

Early bird registration-$100 (begins November 1st)

Late registration- $125 (begins January 16th, 2023)

Registration will cover YEC program, some meals, and materials. Lodging is not included in registration cost. See tab below about our group hotel option.

Lodging for YEC is on your own. We have set up a group rate at a hotel that you can book on your own. To book a room click on button below.

Click on button below that says (Register Now!). Then follow instructions below:

#1- If you haven’t used Campwise before you will need to create an account. Once you’ve done this you will sign in.

• If you had a previous account, you will most likely see a dashboard and you will select ADD NEW PROGRAM under Registration
• If you just created one you will skip group code and then select YEC 2023.

#2- Once YEC 2023 is selected you will add emergency contact info or approve previous entry

#3- Next you will select your billing contact. If you are paying on your own, select yourself. If it is your church/youth leader try and click on Choose from an Organization and type in name of your church example: First Cumberland Church of Alabaster. If you don’t come up on the list then click Add New Contact. Click Save/Next.

#4- Open Camper Profile Sheet and fill in information. After completing click Save/Next.

#5- Everyone will mark YES on Add/Edit Allergies and then click tab that says Add/Edit Allergies. Go through the list and mark any that are correct or add ones that are not listed. After completing form click save/next.

#6- The next page will give you the choice to add a new camper if you are registering for a church or you can click on view dashboard. From that screen you can edit info/make a payment.
