August 11, 2020, Trinity Presbytery: Moderator Jack Holt, after prayer and in consultation with some in the Trinity body and considering that many Trinity members have underlying health problems, following the recommended guidelines of the CDC, and realizing that COVID19 will seemingly remain quite active for some time, issues the following cancellations and plans for future meetings.

CANCELLED:

1.  The face-to-face Board and Committee meetings that were scheduled for September 24, 2020 have been cancelled.

2.  The Fall meeting of Trinity Presbytery scheduled for September 25-26, 2020 has been cancelled.

3.  The Board and Committee meetings scheduled for January 8-9, 2021 have been cancelled

SCHEDULED:

1. Board and Committee meetings are scheduled to meet at Stone Oak CPC in San Antonio on Thursday, February 18, 2021.  Presbytery Council and Ordained Clergy will meet that morning beginning at 8:30 AM and the remaining boards and committees will begin meetings at 2:00 PM that afternoon.

2.  The Spring meeting of Trinity Presbytery is scheduled to meet at Stone Oak CPC in San Antonio on Friday and Saturday, February 19-20, 2021 at 1:00 PM
