The 100th episode of Cumberland Road, the Reverend T.J. Malinoski’s popular podcast featuring the faith journeys of prominent Cumberland Presbyterians and exploring the impact of faith on their daily lives, was released July 26, 2022. The episode features the Reverend Sandra Shepherd, Associate Minister at Brenthaven Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Nashville Presbytery) in Brentwood, Tennessee.  Sandra has shared her gifts with the Church as a lay person and as a member of the clergy.

Regarding the 100th episode, T.J. said, “I don’t know what that means in the podcasting world but it sounds like a milestone.  It certainly is for me and has exceeded any expectations I had.” Cumberland Road began with the COVID-19 pandemic as an exercise in connectionalism and now consistently ranks in the top ten percent of podcasts as measured by Listen Notes metrics.

Coincidentally, the release of the 100th episode coincides with the 25th wedding anniversary of the Reverends T.J. (Presbytery of East Tennessee) and Melissa Malinoski (West Tennessee Presbytery). The clergy couple live in Cordova, Tennessee, a Memphis suburb. They have two children, a cat, and a dog.
