The Reverend Donald Schultz, 91, of Tampa, Florida, an honorably retired member of Grace Presbytery, died March 24, 2023. Don started out his career in the ministry on the mission field in French West Africa with his wife Jean. They raised three children while on the mission field. French West Africa later became known as the Republic of Mali.

Don then became a CP minister and pastor of the Lewis Memorial CP church in Tampa, Florida, in 1986. Lewis Memorial later merged with the University Heights CP Church in 1993 and became known as North Tampa CP Church. Pastor Don retired as pastor from the North Tampa CP church in 1998, although he did continue on as interim pastor until 1999. The North Tampa CP Church then moved to Lutz, Florida in 2001, where it was renamed Christ Cumberland Presbyterian Church. His last official role with Christ Church was as the session moderator until November 2022.
