Ray Morgan Fessler, 76, of Marshall, Texas, died December 21, 2021, of a massive stroke. Ray was born February 2, 1945, in Mexia, Texas. He was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Marshall where he served as a deacon and a member of the Hospitality Committee providing meals for the members and the Marshall community.
