Nancy Lee Thomas, 60, wife of the Rev. Dr. Don Thomas (West Tennessee Presbytery), died December 9, 2019. She was always strong in her faith and found great joy in being a preacher’s wife.

Nancy was wholehearted in her practice as a critical care nurse for twenty-seven years. She was a devoted wife to the Rev. Dr. Don Thomas for twenty-two years and a loving mother to her two children. Nancy was an advocate for women’s rights, the family historian, and a cancer research philanthropist.

When at home she could be found enjoying her opera, baking, reading and doing puzzles. Nancy had a fondness for travel, especially long car trips to see her family. As a loving Nana, she was present for every birthday and Christmas with her grandchildren. As a trained storm spotter, she never missed a chance to visit the coast with her sisters during storm season.
