Marshall Clyde Watson, 73, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, died February 18, 2022. A lifelong Presbyterian, Marshall served the Lord faithfully at Lookout Valley Presbyterian Church in Chattanooga, Memorial Presbyterian Church in Montgomery, Alabama, and most recently at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Chattanooga (Tennessee-Georgia Presbytery). He served on the deaconate and session in four Presbyterian denominations: The Presbyterian Church USA, Presbyterian Church in America, Evangelical Presbyterian Church, and The Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He volunteered as a youth group leader, assisted in his church’s hospital meal ministry, and had been active in Lay Renewal Ministries. Over his career, Marshall managed several large-scale warehouses throughout the United States. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
