Laura Katherine Fleming, 70, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, mother of the Reverend Dr. Chris Fleming, died March 27, 2023. Kathy, as she was best known, was a member of the Hendersonville Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Nashville Presbytery). Her husband, Sam Fleming, is an elder of the Hendersonville Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Their son, Chris, is Coordinator of Adult Ministries for the Discipleship Ministry Team of the Ministry Council of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Daughter Kellee also survives. Laura was preceded in death by her first son, Trea.

Rev. Chris Fleming wishes to express his deep gratitude to the Ministry Council, General Assembly staff, and the many people within the Cumberland Presbyterian Church who have reached out with encouragement and lifted prayers for his mother during this difficult time.
