James B. Buttram, Sr., 93, of Hixson, Tennessee, died April 6, 2023. He was a member of Red Bank Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Tennessee-Georgia Presbytery) for more than 60 years. He served as an elder and lay pastor. James was one of the first members of the Friendship Class. He loved working with youth, and enjoyed going on the mission trips with them. James was highly used for visitation of the sick and elderly.
