The eyewall of Hurricane Ian made landfall at 2:20 p.m. EDT on North Captiva Island, a barrier island just west of Fort Myers, Florida. Fortunately, this was not in the vicinity of our CP Churches. Christ Church is located in Lutz, Florida which is 25 miles north of Tampa with Beth-El Farm Worker Ministry in Wimauma (approximately 25 miles south of Tampa). El Camino CP Church is located in Miami.

Please continue to keep the state of Florida in your prayers as several inches of rain and storm surges are expected from this almost category 5 hurricane. This will affect all of the state of Florida as well as other states throughout this week.
