Hello, my name is Breanna Clayton and I am a senior at Bethel University. I will be graduating this fall with a degree in Business Management. I have been a CP for quite some time now, since 4th grade to be exact. But up until these past 4 or 5 years I hadn’t really taken advantage of what the CP denomination has to offer. I can’t encourage all the young women and young men enough to get involved with all these great programs.

For example, I attended the Young Women’s Retreat this year and I will be attending the Young Adult Gathering this summer.

At the Young Women’s retreat the theme was “Making All Things New” and it did just that. It brought me back to the heart of God and helped me find peace in the middle of a crazy semester. I don’t think I stopped smiling the entire weekend! The women alone were so welcoming and inviting, and it was easy to feel God’s love in each of their hearts.

I have no doubt that The Young Adult Gathering will hold the same truths. God is moving in the CP church. Come be a part of it! I can’t wait to join the rest of the young adults at the gathering before General Assembly this summer. Hope to see you there!
