BETHEL UNIVERSITY: The Mid-South Conference Polar Plunge is an opportunity for Mid-South Conference student-athletes to get involved in supporting local Special Olympics programs in a fresh way.

Bethel’s version of the “Plunge” took place Wednesday, April 27, 2022, in front of the Vera Low Building next to the Wildcat.

Two students who exemplify the true meaning of the term, “Student Athlete” took the plunge. Softball standout Alexis Wheeler and women’s basketball standout Millie Bryant participated. Both raised money to support Special Olympics. Coach John Weeks and Coach Chris Nelson were on hand to douse their athletes and participated in the fun.
