Jesus Christ died on this day so many years ago. Why do you think we call it Good Friday? If you could rename it, what do you think you would call it? Do you think Jesus lived out what this scripture asks us to do? If so, how?

Most Perfect God, you sent your son Jesus Christ, the one without sin, to die for we your sinful people. As we live our lives, let us always be mindful of that fact and try to live a life more pleasing to you. Amen.
