Slow your breathing and become aware of the taking in and letting out of your breath. Focus on putting things aside so you will be open to what God is saying to you today.

Reflect

Everyone, including you and me, belong to one group of people or the other which makes up the nations of the world. The Psalmist makes a bold call for us to praise the Lord. As an individual, it is incumbent on us to praise enthusiastically. We praise God with joy because we have reasons to do so. God’s constant love for us is so great! God makes his grace available to all who will respond positively.

God’s love for us is steady, it does not change.  “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life. John 3:16. The Lord is more than worthy of our praise. Praise the Lord.

Pray

Precious Lord, we cannot adequately express our gratitude for your love and blessings to us. Your love is steadfast. You bless us every day with every heavenly spiritual blessing. We just want to say thank you, Lord.
