Focus
Experience silence in the midst of your busy day. Take some time to relax into a time to be with God.

Ephesians 5:1-6 (NRSV)
Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children, and live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
But fornication and impurity of any kind, or greed, must not even be mentioned among you, as is proper among saints. Entirely out of place is obscene, silly, and vulgar talk; but instead, let there be thanksgiving. Be sure of this, that no fornicator or impure person, or one who is greedy (that is, an idolater), has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes on those who are disobedient.
Reflect
It is so easy to lose sight of what is truly important. We need to be aware of the people with whom we associate because a group of friends or even a single person may cause us to slip up and use foul language and talk things that are inappropriate, or even wrong. Whatever conversations we have, we need to make sure that what we are do and say is of God.
We are given the example of how to behave perfectly. Obviously, we cannot be perfect; however, if we use Christ as our example and are very intentional about focusing on God, we have the opportunity to honor God in every moment of our lives.
Spend time talking to God daily. Admit the things of which you are not proud and ask for guidance and forgiveness. Tell God about the things you think you’ve done well. Enjoy yourself. Love yourself. Be a critic, but don’t be too hard on yourself.
Pray
God, whatever words do not honor and glorify you and your Son Jesus Christ we ask that you cast away to be forgotten forever. But those words that honor and glorify your Son Jesus Christ, etch them upon every heart for eternity. Amen.
Go with God.
