Ralph Edward Mitchell, 85, of Madisonville, Kentucky, died Monday, June 29, 2020. He was born February 27, 1935, to Aubin Mitchell and Ruth Blankenship Mitchell. He was a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Covenant Presbytery) in Madisonville, Kentucky, where he served as an Elder. Ralph held a doctorate from the University of Kentucky. He was an author and professor.
