Dear Friends,

Because our Presbytery meeting involves pastors/leaders from multiple churches across our region, the Hamilton County Health Department is recommending that we alter our plans for Saturday’s meeting. In consultation with Michael Sharpe, Stated Clerk of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Cliff Hudson, Vice-Moderator of the TN-GA Presbytery, and Kriss McGowan, Stated Clerk of the TN-GA Presbytery, we are going to conduct a very limited Spring Meeting via video-conference beginning on Saturday, March 14 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. We will NOT be meeting at Red Bank CP Church. We will NOT be entertaining denominational guests. We will NOT be having a worship service, luncheon or other events associated with Presbytery meetings. Our standing rules state that a quorum for Presbytery is four people including at least one minister and one elder.
