As of today (March 7, 2022), we are pleased to announce the Cumberland Presbyterian Center campus has reopened to the public.
Safety measures for staff during these extended days of the COVID-19 pandemic, remains our number one priority. The Center Interagency Team (CIT) has agreed that it will continue to monitor and follow CDC recommended protocols, for use at the Center campus. Please review the information available at the following link:

One of the newer features now available through the CDC is the COVID-19 County Check (available midway down on the link provided). This tool is designed to help residents and local officials determine the risk level and corresponding prevention steps to take. In low-risk counties, local officials can drop any indoor masking rules. Counties with medium-risk means that people at high risk for severe disease should be cautious. High-risk counties are designated places where the CDC suggests masking should be universal.
The COVID-19 County Check tool provides not only a way for us to monitor any changes to the risk designation for our area, but also provides suggested protocols during this new phase of the pandemic.
The current COVID-19 risk designation for Shelby County is at low risk (local officials can drop any indoor masking rules). Therefore at the present time, masks will be optional for those on the Center campus.
Thank you for your help in keeping our work place safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. The Center Interagency Team will keep you informed as changes to any of the protocols for the Center Campus.
