He was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Dyersburg (West TennesseePresbytery) and had been Vice President of Technology at Dyersburg State Community College. He was born February 22, 1941, in Newbern to Eddie Moore and the Virgie Hughley Moore.
