The home of Ann Webb Minton in the Cool Springs, Tennessee, community was destroyed by a tornado on December 11, 2021. Ann, a member of the Cool Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church (West Tennessee Presbytery) was with her daughter Erin Street in Arlington, Tennessee, at the time the storm struck.

A tornado touched down in Campbellsville, Kentucky, around 3:15 in the morning of December 11, 2021. An estimated 70 homes were destroyed and at least one death has been reported. Neither Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church or First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, both of Cumberland Presbytery, have reported any significant damage.

The stained glass windows at the Dresden Cumberland Presbyterian Church (West Tennessee Presbytery) were reportedly made by Tiffany & Co. in around 1890. After the tornadoes in the early morning of December 11, 2021, very little remains of them. The church also suffered additional damage.
