William Gipson Knight, 92, of Winchester, Tennessee, died January 2, 2022. William had been a member of Goshen Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Murfreesboro Presbytery) in Winchester for more than 60 years. Her served as an elder and sang in the choir. His first job as “the Knight of the Turntable,” a DJ on Winchester’s WCDT radio.

Mayburn Artice Putman, 91, of Lexington, Alabama, died January 1, 2022. Mayburn was a faithful member of Nebo Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Hope Presbytery) for more than 70 years. He worked for North Alabama Fabricating Company (NAFCO) for 37 years.

Robert Bane, 85, of Watertown, Tennessee,  died Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022. Born March 12, 1936, to Ardle and Lottie Jaco Bane, Robert was a member and longtime elder of the Watertown Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Murfreesboro Presbytery) and worked in the welding and fabrication industry. He was the father of the Reverend Ted Bane (Nashville Presbytery).
