Gary C. Garland, 73, of Tusculum, Tennessee, died February 22, 2021. Gary was an elder at Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Presbytery of East Tennessee). A graduate of Johnson County High School, Gary served three tours of duty in Vietnam before joining the Tennessee Highway Patrol and being stationed in Greene County. He retired in 2002.
