Garland Richard Turner, 81, of Belvidere, Tennessee, died August 12, 2021. He was a dedicated member of Harmony Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Murfreesboro Presbytery) in Winchester, Tennessee, where he served as an elder, youth leader, and Sunday School Superintendent.
