Jim Scruggs, 88, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, died December 3, 2021. He was born April 15, 1933, to Elmer H. and Nora L. Scruggs. A member of the “Telephone Pioneers,” Jim was retired from South Central Bell. He was an elder at Flat Lick Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Covenant Presbytery) and had served in the U.S. Army.
