His daughter, Patricia L. “Tricia” Vesely, serves as Music Director for the Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Germantown, Tennessee (West Tennessee Presbytery), and is Visiting Assistant Professor of Hebrew Bible and Christian Ethics at Memphis Theological Seminary.
