The 60th anniversary celebration for Camp Clark Williamson (West Tennessee Presbytery) originally planned for May 2020 was cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Presbyterial camps, many other church camps, retreats, and day camps were cancelled over the course of the summer. Presbyterial your retreats scheduled for fall 2020 have also been cancelled and, while other fall events are on the schedule, they are starting to be cancelled.

The loss of revenue has put Camp Clark Williamson in an uncomfortable financial position. The Board of Directors and Administrator have cut all non-essential spending but some expenses are ongoing despite the lack of camp activity. The board is asking friends of the camp to make donations to “stand in the gap” to keep the facility viable until activities return to normal.

The camp’s facilities are available for use. Augmented cleaning procedures and social distancing provisions are in place.
