Bethel’s Bass Fishing Coach to host National Television Show, “Legends of the Outdoors TV”

MCKENZIE, Tenn., October 4, 2021 – The Legends of the Outdoors™ announced the creation of a new outdoors television show hosted by Garry Mason. Mason, a professional hunting, and fishing guide for over forty years, founded the Legends of the Outdoors™ in 2002 with his wife, Cindy, in order to honor the great men and women of the hunting and fishing sports. Mason was the founding coach of Bethel University’s bass fishing program in 2009. It has since won eleven national titles under his direction. Each episode of the television show, “Legends of the Outdoors TV,” will highlight the life and career of a Legends of the Outdoors™ Hall of Fame member.  Abby Jo Scheriger, granddaughter of nationally recognized outdoors man David Hale of Knight & Hale Legendary Game Calls™ company, will co-host. The program is slated to air on the Pursuit Channel beginning January 2022.
