The Rev. Bernice Belt was installed as pastor of Grace Covenant Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Paducah, Kentucky, Saturday, May 20, 2023, by a commission of Covenant Presbytery consisting of the Rev. Olen Russell of Highland Cumberland Presbyterian Church, the Rev. Larry Buchanan of Milburn Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church, the Rev. Nick Ashley of Flat Lick Cumberland Presbyterian Church and elder Jeff Parker of Highland CPC. Parker also serves as Covenant Presbytery moderator. Grace Covenant CPC was formerly Margaret Hank Cumberland Presbyterian Church before merging with Zion Fellowship Cumberland Presbyterian Church in 2018.

Rev. Bernice Belt served as pulpit supply at several churches prior to serving that position at Grace Covenant beginning in October 2022. She has been pastor at Grace Covenant since March 1, 2023.
