July 25, 2020, Arkansas Presbytery: Because of the current situation with the Coronavirus, the Executive Committee of Arkansas Presbytery met on July 25th, 2020, at Sherwood Cumberland Presbyterian Church to discuss the Fall Meeting of Presbytery.

All boards and committees need to meet and submit their reports and budget requests to the stated clerk by September 12, 2020. The time of such meetings and how to hold them will be up to the boards and committees. They can be in person or virtual. If in person, social distancing guidelines must be followed.

The date of Fall Presbytery will now be Saturday, October 10, 2020, at 11:00am at the Sherwood CP Church. It will be a combination of in person and virtual meeting. Each delegate is allowed to decide with which means of attendance they are comfortable. Details of the virtual portion of the meeting will be made available closer to the meeting.

The Executive Committee of Arkansas Presbytery will evaluate the Coronavirus Situation in the state closer to the time of the Presbytery meeting to determine if any changes need to be made.
