Anna Jean Cooper Ordway, 83, of Calvert City, Kentucky, died November 11, 2020. Anna Jean was born November 6, 1937. She graduated from Marion, Kentucky, High School in 1956 and married the Reverend Wendell Ordway. She was a member of Vaughn’s Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Covenant Presbytery) in Calvert City where Wendell is pastor. She was active in Cumberland Presbyterian Women’s Ministry. Her obituary in the Paducah Sun described Anna Jean as, “a true minister’s wife who worked along side of husband, in church activities, planning programs, music programs and office work.” She was also a substitute teacher.
