Billy Joe Neal, Sr., 93, of Gadsden, Alabama, died March 5, 2023. Joe was a longtime faithful member and elder of Forrest Avenue Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Grace Presbytery) until it closed. In 2016, he was one of the elders responsible for the disposal of church property before the demolition of the then decrepit 90 year old church building. Services were held in the much newer fellowship hall.
