Memphis Theological Seminary is excited to announce the start of a new series of online offerings. Following the success of Sunday Morning Seminary, a series of short virtual classes offered at no cost to the public on Zoom, we have developed Pulpit & Pew: Seminary for Everyone.
Pulpit & Pew offers full-length recorded lectures on YouTube with the opportunity to submit questions that will be addressed by the instructor once a month.
Dr. Mitzi Minor, New Testament professor at MTS, begins the program with her 12-week class on the Gospel of John: “In our 12-part study, we’ll be interpreting John’s Gospel by giving careful attention to its social and historical background, its distinctive story of Jesus, and the world of discipleship it invites us to enter.” Thanks to the support of a generous donor, we are able to offer this first Pulpit & Pew class at no cost!
Register below to receive the links to each new class recording. The first recording will be sent out on Wednesday, September 22. Links to all past classes will be made available to all participants, so you can register at any time and go at your own pace!
