Many churches have a Youth Sunday, led by the youth, that may be at another time other than in February. If not, celebrate your youth in February! If you do, this would be a great time to honor them instead of them having to lead worship. Imagine the sanctuary being decorated with larger posters of each youth in the church, either a head shot or a candid shot where they are doing ministry. Hymns could be replaced with camp songs that many of the adults will also know. The youth could be video-taped before-hand and the video showed during worship. They might talk about why they love the church, how they came to the church, or even their faith story. If they don’t feel like they can say what they feel on video, they could write their story and an adult could do a monologue of the story bringing it alive for the congregation. And it could be anonymous, or they could be named. Take a special offering during the service that goes to camps, CPYC, Kaleo, or other youth ministries that they youth take part in. https://cpc.app-staging.com/youth-ministries/
