Carroll Thomas Lehman, 83, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, died October 21, 2022, of interstitial pulmonary fibrosis. Carroll was an active member of the Bowling Green Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Cumberland Presbytery) where he served as an elder.
