Wilma Seay, 96, of the New Hope community near Paducah, Kentucky, died Tuesday, March 23, 2021. She was a lifelong member of New Hope Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Covenant Presbytery) where she served as a Sunday School Teacher. She was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Women’s Ministry.
