Charline Elizabeth Needham, 91, a member of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Presbytery of East Tennessee), died January 20, 2021. She wrote a history of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church and its families which was published to celebrate the church’s 150th anniversary in 2009. She was a notable genealogist and helped many people research their family histories.
