Beginning January 1, 2021

Any account with a balance past due for 60 days or longer will be charged $2.00 late fee per month until the balance is paid.

It has been CPR’s policy not to refund postage on returned items. Customers will be responsible for the initial postage plus a re-stocking fee of 2% of the cost of the returned product (unless it was ordered on approval).

Cumulative charges will be limited to $250 per account. If not paid, the account will be suspended until the balance is paid.

Credit will not be extended to first-time customers.
