Cora Belle Carter Conner, 99, of Wingo, Kentucky, died Friday, July 24, 2020. She was a life-long member of the historic Bayou-de-Chien Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Covenant Presbytery). Cora retired from Ferry Morse Seed Company in Fulton, Kentucky.
