On April 30, 2020, the General Assembly Executive Board of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America announced the postponement of the 145th meeting of the General Assembly of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America to 2021 due to continued concerns over the unabated COVID-19 pandemic.

The meeting will still take place at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky, and will still be concurrent with the 190th General Assembly of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, June 27 through July 2, 2021. The General Assembly Executive Board will address immediate concerns of the church during the intervening period.
