A few weeks ago, the congregation at Fairview Cumberland Presbyterian Church (Presbytery of East Tennessee) spotted a small, stray dog in their parking lot. Church member Kathy Linebarger shared that the little dog was scared, trembling with her tail tucked between her legs.
