Report of the Committee on the Ministry Council adopted without comment from the floor.
Report of the Committee on Judiciary adopted without comment from the floor.
Report 1 of the Committee on Theology and Social Concerns/Unification Task Force passed. Essentially, this report indicated the attempted Union of the two Cumberland Presbyterian Denominations failed.
Report 2 of the Committee on Theology and Social Concerns/Unification Task Force was divided and its recommendations considered individually. Each passed.
Report of the Committee on Children’s Home and Higher Education passed after some discussion and clarification. Memphis Theological Seminary had requested permission to sell some or all of their property in order to reduce their debt. The committee removed “all” from this request giving MTS permission to sell SOME of their property. The question was raised as to how MTS managed to accrue $2.3 million in debt. MTS President Jody Hill said the debt was inherited and had accrued over previous administrations.
Report of the Committee on Stewardship/Elected Officers/OUO passed after some discussion and clarification.

Report of the Committee on Chaplains/Historical Foundation passed. Historical Foundation instructed to estimate the cost of digitizing the entire archival collection.
After a brief break, Assembly closed with worship.
191st General Assembly to be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, June 12-17, 2022, hosted by Presbytery del Cristo.
